anyone knows where i canpurchase this bulb from and if you have them how are they in your tank

What do you guys think of this bulb? I got mine today and it's fired up. I don't know about it being brighter, but it's definitely whiter.
Hamilton 20000K

Iwasaki 15000K

Looks like a Ushio 14k. Probably closer to 10-11k in reality.

Yeah, I've heard it's bluer w/ a eballast. I'll find out next week when this canopy gets converted to run an eballast.

Well I figure once I add actinics, it'll be just as blue. My Chalice corals reacted well to the Iwasaki, they were all pooing after a few hours under it and my xenias are even more feathery under the Iwasaki. You'll also notice the frogspawn opening more in the Iwasaki pic, and my Cynaria was as well. My canopy's outfitted w/ Actinics, I just need to replace the ballast..
