what kind of pump

I'm going to have a 10 gallon sump/fuge for my 29 reef, and was wondering how many gph I need, and what kind of pump would you reccomend? I"m going to need a lift of about 3 feet. It is going to have an overflow.

eheim 1250 would work well. they are great pumps. I run a 1260 as the return on my 58 gallon w/ 20 gallon sump.
