How much flow is too much flow?

On my current 21g tank i have:

Maxi-jet 900
AC 30
Fluval 404
Maxi-jet 1200 (Attached to my skimmer

Is this too much flow for my tank? I was having a cyano issue but i found that with more flow and better placed powerheads its going away fast.

It was a little difficult to get everything positioned so that it didnt make a sand storm.

I also noticed that the skimmer seams to be working a little better as well now, Could this be because the extra flow is keeping everything suspended in the water longer?

Not too much flow. You could even stand to add another powerhead or 2. It really depends on what corals you have. As long as the flow isn't beating them to death then your fine.
