Exclamation dogface puffer help!

I've kept a fair share of pufferfish in the past, that being said, I do understand that they are finikey and strange sometimes.

-The golden dogface puffer I aquired just last week is very lathargic and seems to be stressed.

-He has eaten on only a few occasions so far and lays in the corner for most of the day in a cycled 180 gallon aquarium, he is the first fish in there so I skipped the quarentine period.

-I feed him daily with a luretip syringe with a mixture of squid and clam meat, he usually spits some out.

any suggestions are helpful!
