Temp orp and ph probe reading?

I came home and noticed my aquacontroller was reading the following: temp 35 ph 3.0 orp 800. Checked tank and everything was fine. Temp. was 78.0 and everything else checked out ok. I unplugged the controller to see if it would reset, but readings did not chage. Any suggestions what to do next?
Battery is new, and probes are only 3 months old. The only thing I did notice is probes were about 3 inches apart, so I moved them so now they are 15 inches away from each other.

If you have a serial cable plugged into the controller, then unplug it. If the readings change then you have a ground loop, and need an isolator (part #SERIPC9).
Also try unplugging the probes one at a time and see if that changes the readings. If you are still having problems please give us a call at 408-578-3022 when you are in front of the controller.
