do i have what it takes

i have a 75 g with a 20,000 k haldi 24 inch marine glow light super skimmer 65 uv sterilizer 2 emperor 330 2 1,000 gal hr power heads
in tank 150 plus LBS live rock 2 inch plus crushed coral base
bubble coral, blue mushroom, plat coral, red pipe coral
BTA, RA
1- percula clown, 1- gold stripe maroon clown, 1- long nose hawk fish, 1 hawk fish, 1 mandrin goby, 1 hippo tang, 1 yellow tang, 1 jack barred, 1 blue damsel
1 coral banded shrimp, 1 cleaner shrimp, 1 hermit crab with aneomes on it, 20 various snails, 50 plus blue leg hermit crabs, 1 serpant star

I think your skimmer is way under powered for your tank. I would go for the 220 or 125 model at the least.
How long has this tank been set up?

agree with mystik, u need a stronger skimmer. Only other thing i might add is, make sure you have enough food in there for the mandarin and becareful with that Maroon clown. I only say that because i had a bad experience with one and i've also read a few others. Some times they tend to nip on Lps corals.

I also believe you will run into problems with your substrate. I would try and change it out with something else. The crushed coral usually produces higher nitrates.

thanks for the info i do plan on improving my skimmer it is a little weak i also plan to go with a sand basesooner or latter so far i have not seen the maroon doing any nipping and my lfs sells live brine so i buy some each week

my tank has been set up for almost 6 months and i used cycled water from my local lfs
