Phosphate Colorimeter

Anyone purchase a phosphate colorimeter lately? I'm looking for an online source for probably a Hanna or Milwaukie (Martini).

I have a LaMotte but it's not even close to inexpensive. I didn't know Hanna or Minwaukie made them. I'm sure Hach does though.
