Aragonite Sand in BC, Canada?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a "Southdown" type sand that's available in stores in BC? Just looking for a "No name" aragonite play sand or something for a DSB.

The CaribSea is just SO expensive - cheapest I can find is $35 for a 15lb bag.

There's no "Southdown" substitute around that i know of.
However I'm not sure where your looking at sand. (your LFS I'll presume)
But you can get it for 1/2 that price from J&L in Burnaby.

It a little closer to home and you can talk to guys on your neighborhood.

Thank you for the link! I've been looking for a Western Canada forum - I thought this was as close as it came!

I was thinking that $35 for 15lbs was high from what I've heard other people say, but thanks for confirming it.

EDIT: Holy h*ll!!! Those prices are WAAAAAAY lower than here!!! They literally are LESS THAN 1/2 of the LFSs around here.
