How do you clean your sand?
Anyone have any good tips/techniques for cleaning / vacuuming sand? Mine is gettting dirty, and not really sure how to approach getting it clean.
Thanks!

I have a diamon Goby. He keeps my sand clean. He is turning it 24/7. If you get one make sure the rock are pushed down to the glass.

Diamond gobys will also eat all the critters in the sandbed that are beneficial to the tank. Nassirius Snails, Blue and Red Legg Hermits, Bristleworms and Pacific Jumbo Snails (unsure of real name) should clean you up nicely. I think the main thing is to have a mix of clean-up species. You might want to think about getting one of the clean-up crew packs from your LFS or online retailer. They usually sell these to fit the size tank you have.
