I need to know what would be the best thing to dose my 100gal. reef tank with to keep everything healthy and growing. Also what would be the best thing to feed all corals with.

You're gonna need some type of calcium and alkalinity buffer. Kent marine makes a two part and B-Ionic is pretty good. Also there are home-brew B-Ionic blends that will save you $$ in the long run. As far as food goes. The overall consensus IMO is to feed a variety of foods to your tank in an attempt to keep everything happy. This must be done with caution as to not overfeed the tank leading to increased nitrates and amonia.
