PC actinic vs VHO actinic

I am looking for some supplemental actinic lighting for my tank. I already have the PC ballasts but am wondering is there a difference between PC actinic and VHO actinic? Does the PC actinic provide the same flouresence illumination that VHO does?

URI VHO atinic hands down. I have both and all I use the PC's for now is for blue bulbs to add a little 450nm.
