where can i get a cleaning magnet to clean curved glass
Hi All
Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as a glass cleaning magnet that can clean curved surfaces of a tank. Cheers Kim |

I have a mag-float that works fine on my bowfront - a corner tank or column might be too tight for it to be effective though.

What exactly are you trying to clean, how curved is it. There is also an add on you can purchase for the mag floats that will hold a razor. I have no idea if that would help you or not.

You could try cutting a piece of thin poly pad or similar material. The extra padding should help follow the curve. You could hold it on the magnet with velcro. Just an idea...

Perhaps your current mag is too wide? Maybe using a smaller one would work?

My tank is a 54 g corner tank and my magnet is about 1x3". I use it vertically on the front and horizontally on the sides.
