Starting a 75 R.R.

Just getting into the hobby, have a 75 rr, I'm going to run a 29 gallon sump under it. Looking for a skimmer to buy. Someone I meet with an awsome 210 gallon setup has recommended the etss reef devil deluxe with 2 mag 7s. Would just a reef devil with mag 7s be just as good? Looking for any suggestions on skimmers, need something quiet for the bedroom. Thanks. Dave.

If your budget can afford it, either the Deltec AP600 or H&S A150. Checkout the Deltec USA and H&S/Finn's Reef forums for more info.

yep, quieter, more energy efficient and puts less heat into the water than ER/ASM pumps. German pumps really perform much better than the China pumps, pulls in a larger volume of air as well.
