New 90 Gallon Tank and 20 Gallon Tank log

I Just recently took down my 60 gallon tank and set up a 90 gallon reef. Connected to the 60 I had a 15 gallon refugium, I also took that down and put up a 20 gallon tank for pipefish and seahorses.
90 Gallon Specs:
90 gallon AGA w/ built in overflow
Oceanic Sump 2 ( about 30 gallons)
Aqualight Pro 150watt x2 HQI & 96watt x2 PC
ASM G2 skimmer
QuietOne 4000 return pump
2 1200 Maxijet powerheads( soon to be switched out to Seios)
150 lbs. Live Rock
100 lbs. Live Sand
300 watt Titanium Tube Heater
8 watt Gamma UV sterilizer

20 Gallon Specs:
130 watts PC
BakPak Skimmer
280 Emperor Bio Wheel
100 watt Ebo Jager heater
35 lbs. Live Rock
40 lbs. Live Sand

Thanks, what is your guyses opinon which seios should I put in, These will be my only powerheads, I'm thinking 620's or 820's. What do you guys think. I will be keeping SPS if that means anything.

I have two 1,100's in my 90g in addition I have 2 Rio 600's pushing water behind the rocks and a 500gph pump from the sump.

do you have any LPS, speciffically bubbles, frogspawn and hammers? If so does this flow effect them?
