feeding

I recently aquired a false percula clown fish, and a royal gramma. I have a bunch of different types of food that seem to work with them, but I was looking for some suggestions on what might be the best thing to fed them without causing adverse effects on my tank.

Also what is the best way to feed them, and how often?

As a quick response that doesn't have nearly as much research and experience backing the linked thread:

Feed 'real' stuff. See if you can pick up a cheap-o blender from Big Lots or something and use some live food recipes that are easily found.

Don't feed very often. Leftover food causes unwanted wastes and materials in the water that contributes to the growth of unwanted algae as well as 'poisoning' the tank, for lack of a better term.

If anything I said contradicts what the thread says, go with the thread.
