compresion fittings don't fit!
i am in the process of making my Titanium chiller and the TI pipe i have measures .54 on my micrometer so the brass 1/2 compression fittings i have wont fit since they measure .50 exactly...anyone have some thought on what i could do here

Jeff you may have to ream them slightly with an abrasive stone or proper size bit. You may also want to search the thomas register for a suitable fitting. There is a thread somewhere around here where somebody overcame the same problem.

i think 9/16 would work since they are .56 but i can't find any 9/16 compression fitting!

also check for metric compression fittings.
you would need 14mm |
