Best 400watt HQI lamp out there?
Looking for a not too blue 400watt HQI lamp.

go with the 14K they are the best for both color and growth. sunlight supply is the best lighting but you have to get it from the LFS.

I run a 400w DE Krystal Star 20k that IMO has great color and not too blue.

A couple buddies of mine have been playing with those things (400wDE) and near as I can figure since the things color shift so fast you can start out with a 20k and even if it seems too blue to you just wait a few months. The lower k bulbs get yellow too fast

What about the 20k 400watt coralvue HQI?
Also hamilton is making a 14k 400watt HQI.
