Looking for most appealing glowing corals under fluorescent night lights - (pic)

looking for the most appealing/coolest coral (soft & hard, more toward softs though) for my antics/LED night lights. Something that really glows and is farly easy to maintain. I've been able to keep the porties on a x-mas tree worm rock alive for 5 months now so I shouldn't have to much trouble, I think?

All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I haven't really seen many corals in person, only online. was maybe thinking a Elegance Coral for one? - Picture Here

Looking for ones that I can place hi and low throughout my tank.

Here a pic of tank (180gal & 3 DE 14K Medal Halides)-

I really like your reefscaping. IMO, thats the only way to use the branchy stuff and make it look good. It keeps the substrate clear as well.

I have some green 'monti cap' that glows real well. Zoanthids are easy to keep, spread fast, and glow well depending on the color you get. You would want to put those on the substrate or they will grow all the way up your branches there. Thats about all I can help with right now.

I have a green brain that extremely well. He is too cool when the actinics come on. Several of my corals have a slight green glow, but my brain is very bright and glows all over. Brains are easy to keep too. He's my center piece when my actinics are on (by themselves).

thanks guys for the feedback! I'll have to look them up.

I normally buy my livestock from http://www.liveaquaria.com , was wondering if you'd suggest a better/cheaper place for the mentioned corals above.

Brightest of all: green star polyps, but do not allow them on a rock contiguous with those beautiful pillars: they are, naturally, the bermuda grass of the reef.

Most of these are very common, very hardy and easy to come in the Propagated Corals for Sale section.

The reality is that almost all corals have a fluorescent color morph out there. I have , closed and open brains, shrooms, rics, hammer, torch, trumpet, lobophytum, sarchopyton, sinularia, bubble, blastos...... and zoas. These all glow well under my actinics. If you want wild colors that fluoresce, I would say go zoanthids. Reds, oranges, yellows, blues, pinks, greens.... Most other corals' morphs that are sold in the hobby that fluoresce are green. From mint to hi-lighter.

I don't exactly know what this softie is called but it glows green/yellow under MHs and is especially fluorescent under super actinics.

My favourite under actinics are the neon green star polyps in my pico. I have regular GSP, but these guys put them to shame when the actinics come on

I have the Wellsophyllia. I'm not sure if it is just green or metallic. Must be metallic as brightly as it glows. Green star polyps are also bright. I have the green star polyps as well. The brain is more impressive. I've got to take a pic tonight and post.
