quarantine anemones??

Does anyone know if I have to quarantine an anemone for a number of weeks before putting it into the main tank? I'm wondering if fish would be suseptible to the same diseases as anemones--I have no other anemones in the tank yet

I didn't QT mine.
They need clean water conditions, good flow and light that I just couldn't do in my QT.
They were one of my first additions, so I wasn't really concerned.
