When to Change Chemipure & Phosban?

I have a new 12 gallon Aquapod that is still cycling. I have Chemipure, Phosban and Charcoal in my compartments. How often am I supposed to change each of these?

You can change out your phosban when you notice your phosphates starting to climb, and carbon is usually changed out once a month.
