Leather coral shrinking

Hi,

I got a leather coral and it has 2 branches. One small and one big. At any point only one of them is opened up and tall. The other is usually shrunk and looks like a small hammerhead.

I dont understand why.

Hmm, well, we could start with water parameters. How long have you had the coral, and did it ever open up fully?
