SPS Nudibrach???

I found what looks like the Zoa eating nudi on a digitata, they had eggs layed and were bleaching the coral.

What do I have and HOW do I deal with it?

You mean like the Montipora nudibranch?

Here's my experience, they're a huge pain [and terribly destructive]

Another, too

Personally, iodine dips and vigilant inspection/egg removal seemed to work well. As I got mine from someone who swears that natural predators [like wrasses] are 100% effective - I'd only consider some sort of natural predators if you'll never give a frag away. [nevermind quite a few reports of zero success with wrasses/etc]

QT is vital for SPS these days [monti nudis, acro red bugs, acro-eating flatworms ... only more to come ]. I'd get into the practice, and read what you can about pests before buying pieces.
