ricordia spliting?

i bought some coral today ( xenia and some ricordia)
anyways ricordia was 11 bucks each so i picked one out that had 2 mouths and the edges were slightly pinched. does this mean its about to split ( if so thats why i bought it ) never had ricordia before so i know nothing about what it does before it splits.

remember not to long ago when xenia and ricordia were priced really high? or was that just my area ( xenia 50 bucks for a small coloney and ricorida around 30 bucks each)

If it has two mouths it will almost certainly split (assuming your tank is healthy).

I've bought several early-splitting rics just before the split was obvikous enough to make the cost go up. A good deal.

duuuuddeeee thats why you have the maintance guy get the coral for you or a FW guy ( its a big store... really big... really really big so they do have dedicated people and the guy who was helping me admited all he knew about salt was how to change the MH bulbs)

anyways.. always get a noob to help you if you want to get somthing like that

anyways all i can say is

I CANT WAIT TO HAVE 2!!!!
its a really nice green ricordia

( i also got a xenia that had an extra stalk on it that migrated over from another rock :P)
is 11 bucks a good price for ricordia.. i never bought it before cause it used to be around 30 per polyp.. not sure if i got good deal.. or if priced rapidly dropped

You either made an unethical choice or are too young to know the difference.

They are still getting your money, screw them by taking your business elsewhere.
