calcium reactor problem!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a korallin calcium reactor c-1502. The problem is the KH is only 7, and the calcium is 350. I want the KH to be higher (around 10) and I want the calcium to be 400. I set the bubbling to 30 bubbles per minute and the drip 100 per minute. But I still can't reach my goal.

Another huge problem is, I have a milwaukee regulator. The pressure gauge I believe has a problem. Every minute or so it may jump up 20 lbs then drop 20 lbs and does this continuiously, which then will accumulate a huge bubble in the reactor. If I don't realize this is happening (say I am at work) and let the co2 out, the co2 will then backflow back into my aquarium. Basically i can't make the bubbles stable.

I was wondering if anyone could help out with theses 2 problems.

Please and Thank You
