Question on DE lighting for 140g???

I have a 140g that has been setup for almost a year now. I run two 250W DE Pheonix 14k bulbs. The tank on the whole has grown dramatically but some of the corals seem stagnant in growth to slow recession. These corals that are stagnant are not of any particular species but seem more affected by there color. My orange rics are growing while my blue/greens are slowly fading.

My question is whether there is a better 250W DE bulb out there that will put out more PAR? The other possibility I am thinking about would be the addition of a third 250w DE bulb in the middle that is a 10k or 55k. Any recommendations?
