Small T5's, where to buy?

Looking for some T5's that are abound 12" long if at all possible. I've searched through threads about T5 lights and looked at the websites posted but the smallest I can find is 24". Any help is appreciated.

Walmart, and home depot carry regular output T5 bulbs pretty cheap in 12" or 18". I don't know if they can over driven, but it would probably be a cheap experiment. Also I think they only come in 5k-8k range.
