New Larger Tank
Greetings All
I cant say Newbie as I have been playing with salt for about 9years, but I am about to move into a much larger system, that includes a lot of live rock and hopefully some corals. My question to you experienced reefers is what should I start with that wont suffer from inexperience with coral. My setup is as follows, 155gal Acrylic custom tank (built into the wall of our new home, really slick) Life Reef sump with protein skimmer runs very well used it on the old 90gal as well turns the tank over about 7 times an hour. Lighting= I have the 48' nova extreme t5 ( I know this limits me for starting out in the reef I am not going to have sps) 225 pounds of agrilive 200 pounds now cured fiji live rock Fish that will be moved when water is acceptable are 2 clowns 2 hippo tangs 5 assorted damsels 1 chocalate star I sand sifter some snails and hermits (I need more I know) Thank you appreciate any advice Rick |
