Sponge ID please / do you have this sponge?

Can anyone please help me ID this sponge? I understand the problems involved with picture IDing of sponges but some sort of idea to help with researching>

Has/does anyone had/have this sponge and if so what physical conditions do you keep it under? (ie current lighting)

I bought a sponge like yours last week and it's doing fine. It's in high flow area and I dose with phyto daily. It's kept under CP. On the other hand, my red tree sponge is not doing well at all. The LFS employee doesn't know the name, just sponge.
