Assuming you mean cyano, since you put Red Slime Remover on the list, the best way to fight it is a turkey baster and water changes. Crystal

What type of algae are you talking about? There are many methods of removal, but it depends on the type. Nutrient export is key in prevention, but chemicals like RSR are sort of "last ditch nuclear warfare".

Never used any of the above.
Try 2 or 3 sand sifting stars. Or emerald crabs. Or a Sea Hare
