Rinsing new DI resin
How much water should you put through new DI resin before using the product water?

I usually run about 4-5 gallons before I put it in my container...I believe this was recomended to my be a vendor when I asked the same question.

when your meter reads "0"...or 1 or 2 or whatever you get ....but Puffer Daddy was right in that it usually takes 4-6 gallons or so

It is reading 0 from the very first drop, I'm pretty sure you are supposed to rinse it despite what the TDS is. I will just let it run for a few hours (about 5g worth) and then start using it.
