Round tank part 2

So my round tank has reached its next phase, it has matured for 8 weeks with exellent water parameters. This has been both a very exciting and trying week but I have finally had time to take some pics of the progress.

Here is the tank with a few modifications, I have added a Calcium reactor and a phosphate reactor. I removed my sponges and only have a refugium and activated acrbon running.

Here is the Refugium running 24/7 with 4 x t5 lighting, notice the increase in the amount of live rock

Here is a close up of the tank with its new stock. The LTA on the left drove me crazy for days and would not settle but finally it seems happy and is settled

Here is another view of the tank from the opp side

Here is a close up of my Saddle back Anemone. Both anemone are happy and taking food.

The last thread I was asked for a pic of my lighting setup, here it is two 150watt MH and 4 x T5's

Last few pics of some of my other stock. I have not added a pic of the fish. They will not set still for a second so that I can get a pic of them, but at the moment I have two Pecular clowns and two yellow and blue damsels

This is what it looked like 3 weeks ago without stock

See what you think and give me some advise. I know that the amenone are rather early but my parameters are good and I waited 8 weeks for the tank to matuure with over 100 kg of live rock.

Just waiting for the tank to settle a little more before I start adding sps's. The yop shelves are made for them. I also need to find stock or a good supplier of sps's. At the moment all my stock has come from Northlands, and G For Yuppys, they fly it in for me. Bit of a mission I will tell you and I have to rely on them sending me the good stuff.

You might want to get a 250 on there , then you could keep sps/clams lower down, how deep is your tank anyway ?

The tank is 80cm deep, what type of fitting would you use. I would them have to move or remove the T5's as they run through the middle

personally , i would have a single 400w MH on the centre, but seeing as you already have the 150's a 250 should suffice, as for your lighting setup, could you not run the T5's perpendicular to the 150's and have a 250 inbetween the 150's ? just a thought, but you will still be able to keep sps on your upper shelves with your current lighting.

Nice!

Got a skimmer?

Also you might be pushing it with the anemones, it would have been better if you would've waited till the tank matured a bit.( +6 months)
