Could this be a quality heater? New heater spotted..

Anyone used this heater yet? If so is it worth the price? Could this finally be a decent heater?

Man you just can't really tell. For me, my definition of a quality heater is actually a CHEAP heater, and a quality heater controller. I don't trust heaters

I'll third that opinion. I've had too many heaters go bad on me to say otherwise.
