Ozone but don't have a sump

What's the best way to run an ozone generator if you don't have a sump. I have a 50gal with 1 perc, tiny blue tang, anemone and random crabs and snails.

readings are all at zero.

Maybe one solution would be an inexpensive hang on skimmer. Inject ozone through it and have the outflow of the skimmer go over some carbon before entering the tank again.

The chemistry forum has some articles on ozone. An ozone reactor is one way to go.
