60 gal cube need lights advice

I have a 60 Gal cube, 24 1/2 by 24 1/2
I am thinking of purchasing the Reef Geek Hamilton 24" 250wt MH 14k with 2 -55wt german PC

Should I go with the elec. ballast?

Is there something better?

you can always go w/an hqi ballast even for SE bulbs. i'd stay away from most 14K bulbs. either 10K XM or 20K radium, but since you're going to have actinics i'd go w/10Kxm for sps but for lps and softies 20K radium w/hqi ballast.
