Fighting Clowns

Ive had a pair of Osc. Clowns for a month and a half now. When I got them they were both about the same size and one instantly took over dominance as the other was doing the shakes all day. They had spats every now and then.

The last few days she has been relentless on the male clown. He hides in a cave all day but still comes out to eat. When he was just out I noticed that his color has faded quite a bit. Also a couple of his fins are missing spots to them. She has been fine to the other inhabitants (Royal Gramma, Flasher Wrasse, Clown Goby, and a sand sifting Goby). My LFS said it was normal as they are mating. But the change in his color is what is now worrying me. Should I put one in to quarantine?

I also had a cleaner shrimp die last night too who was new. I thought maybe I wasn't dosing my trace elements enough. Could it have been her?
