Refugium lighting

I am building a 29 gallon sump for my 75 gallon tank. It will have three zones, skimmer, return, and refugium. It will be very similair to Melev's type E sump/refugium. My question is what kind of lighting and how much lighting would I need for the refugium? Thanks in advance.

get the 51k bulb on the bottom of this page. Ive been using it and get pretty good growth out of my chaeto.
