Berlin hangon skimmer

Is this a good skimmer? I can't afford a Deltec (if my wife found out I'd be a DEAD MAN) but I can get one of these for a very reasonable price compared to the list price. Would this be a good deal?

I run two berlins on my 220, love them. I also have a 90 with one and they are all i use. Got mine all used love them and wouldnt trade them.
