Question something strange on the glasst?

Okay well here it is I've got these little things blurping across the glass I don't know if it's a baby snail or something bad I was wondering if someone could help. I recently put LR in there maybe 2-3 weeks ago but this is the 1st time I've seen the little things I don't know if it's a Larva of some kind or a snail or even a mini sea monster. Could someone please tell me if it's bad and if I should try and get rid of them all?

This is what one of the bigger ones look like, you can see the smaller version of it to the right of it.

and this is a close up of the smaller one.

Both these pictures were taken with a camera phone through a magnifying glass. So they are very small critters not nearly as big as they look in the picture.

Thanks!

I keep looking up stuff like marine pests, bristleworms, marine larvae , etc... does anyone even have a clue what it might be?

I don't want to get rid of them if they are harmless but I don't want to keep them if they are going to kill my fish.

Thinking back to freshwater, it kind of resembles a small snail. It's dark in the middle and has that clearish shell.

Thanks for the links Avi I can't seem to find what it is on them but it's a good link to have.

If anyone else has any clue as to what type of snail or thing it is please let me know.
