Do you feed dry foods?

Aside from the frozen foods, (and seaweed for the tangs!) - do any of you feed dry food whether it be flakes or pellet and if so which ones do you use?

most dry food unless high quality, contains phosphate. IMO the only quality dry food is cyclop-eeze. my hawiian tang loves it along with all my other fish. REEF-ON!!!

I use Formula 1 pellets 1x day, my sleeper goby loves digging them off the sand, as well as the yellow tang. Occasionally my mandarin will eat a few if they land next to him! Idon't see how phosphates can be a real problem with dry food unless you overfeed, it is my understanding that the frozen foods contain the most phosphate. I don't worry about it though as I have a hard enough time getting any algae to grow except corralline.

I use pellets from time to time, New Life Spectrum or Boyd's.
