Help posting pics online

Please would someone tell me how to reduce the size of my pictures so I can post them on this website. They have to be 50kb and I don't know how to reduce them. PLEASE help, I have some great pics to upload.

All I have is microsoft picture it, and I am not sure how to do that. Is there a certain program?

any kind of photo software will do it, did you check with the 2nd thread down from the top of the page

Yes, that website helps me post pics onto the individual thread, but how do you shrink your pics down to fit into the gallery,50kb,? I looked through my whole microsoft piture it, and it did not have anything to reduce the size. I know I sound retarded, but I just cant shrink the sizes of the pics. Is there anything I can download to help, or does anyone know how to do this, step by step?

I have a dvd camcorder that I use to take pics with. THe computer came with software, but that only let me change the size of the photo, not the KB, or size of the file. Any ideas?

use photobucket. You post your picture on there (they can be pretty big) and then u write the link on the forum. There is a great tagged thread at the top of new to the hobby forum that I used to learn how to do it
