Water Change ASAP

Does anyone know if I can use purified ozonated deionized water from publix for an immediately needed water change? I dont think I should wait 12 hours or more as I have read. My nitrites and nitrates are creeping. Ideas? Also I tested my tap water and it tests for 10 nitrates and 1.5 nitrites. It is a 29 gallon with a biowheel 200 penguin filter. Thanks for any help!!

No never heard of it. Just bought the purified water because my nitrites and nitrates are creeping. Would it be okay to use this water and add salt, dechlorinator and do a 5 gal change??

That nitrate level isn't really an emergency, IMO, and the water change probably won't help much. The nitrite can just be ignored. I would test the water with a TDS meter before using it, in any case. The bio-wheel filters do seem to increase the nitrate level of tanks in many cases, so that could be the issue. This article might be useful:

The nitrate level might be an issue with stony corals, but I don't think it's an emergency.

Even that nitrate level is not really a concern, though ideally, it should be lower.
