What can I feed a Spotted Sea Hare....

What can I feed a Spotted Sea Hare once he has consumed all of the algae in the tank?

Any idea of how much this would cost for a very large specimen? 7-12"

sea hare

I did a search on them, and they can grow up to 12". I saw a PIC of one that size. I think that a large one could survive Triggerfish, depending on how big the Triggers are.
