close loop help!!!

i just got a 50 gal custom cube made by TRU VU and was wondering how to run a close loop on this system? i have one hole drilled on the back side of the tank and four holes on the top of the tank (one in each corner) for the returns. I was also wondering what pump brand and how many gph is enough to have good current on the close loop?? (im going to run either 1in or 3/4in pvc pipe) Last thing is i was thinking of running a rio 2100 for the main return from my sump is this strong enough?
