nu-clear (ocean clear) filter pump

Hello,
Im setting up a 210 gallon and will be using a nu-clear canistar filter on one of my returns from the sump. Ive got the pump narrowed down between two brands. Pan World or Poseidon (velocity). Should I be looking at pressure rated pumps for this, or just a regular circulation pump?

Also I haven't decided between those two brands.. Do I want to put up w/ noise or heat... do you think the poseidon pump is hot enough to heat up over 200 gallons of water? Are the pan world pumps really that loud? The tank will be in my living/tv room, so I want it to be as quiet as possible. But, I always have fans running or my PC or something, so there is already some ambient noise.

Thanks!!
Scott
