lemonpeel angels?

i just saw one at the lfs. anyone have any experience w/them? how easy are they, what do they need for food, how big etc...

Like most of the centropyge angels they spend most of their time cruising around and eating pods. Most of them once acclimated will eat almost anything you put in the tank for food. They are pretty hit and miss with corals, may or may not nip at them. If I remember right, the lemonpeel is a fairly sensitive angel, but once accustomed to captivity is pretty hardy. They are a pygmy angel, so will probably top out at around 4 inches, but some folks have probably grown them a bit bigger. Make sure it's eating at the lfs.

i've had mine for about 7 months with no problems, he's ate anything from pellets, mysis shrimp and green seaweed, also have a flame and coral beauty and they get along just fine

wait, you have a flame and coral beauty and the lemonpeel together? what size tank?

good thinkin lol. thats the reason we have that thing on the bottom too..oh wel...its early in the morning.

mine would only be for a 55, so i dont think i'd try putting 2 angels together, unless you guys think it could be done in a 55.
