Beneficial water change?

Is it more beneficial to do larger water changes, or smaller water changes more often?

I have a 75 gallon tank. Im wondering if changing 25 gallons monthly is the way to go....or if changing 10-15 gallons every 2 weeks is the way to go?

I have a 75, I change 20 gallons a month. I aspire to change 20 gallons twice a month, but don't usually get to it. I don't any less is of any use.

The more water you take out the more nitrate you export. You are also replenishing your tank with nutrients from the newly mixed saltwater. I usually do 15g once or twice a month.

I try and do at least 20 gallons every 2- 3 weeks. You should try and change at least 30% every month whether it's small ones or large ones.

I believe in more smaller changes. I change 5 gallons in my 90 every 10 days or so. it's worked great for over 2 years.

smaller more frequent water changes are better then larger less frequent ones. I change about 5 gallons every two weeks in my 29 gallon
