Closed loop pump suggestions

Hi all,
Going to be downgrading from a 90g to a 50g tank. I'm going to setup a Closed loop in the 50g and need some suggestions on a pump. I do plan to have SPS in this tank. I was planning on using a couple of SCWD's that I have collecting dust on the outputs of the CL. I've been looking at some pumps and all I could come up with was a Quiet One 4000 or 5000, or maybe a Little Giant. I don't want to overdose on flow, but I know it needs to be strong? Looking for some help on this issue. Thanks
