DIY fish trap?

Anybody have a homemade fish trap idea? I have a little guy that needs to come out of my main display tank.( as he is a BIG bully) But i really don't want to dismantle my tank to get him. And he is to quick to catch by net or cup.

try putting fishfood in the net and sitting it in the tank. eventually someone will get interested and climb in there. Then scoop him out.
