Cleaner Shrimp
I obtained a 1 inch cleaner shrimp the one with the dots on his tail, not the other one, from a friend of mine. My question is do they prefer certain fish or will they clean jsut about anything, my raccoon butterfly goes up to him about 5 times a hour but the shrimp wont clean him? does he jsut need time to adjust to my tank?

How long ago did you receive your new addition? These guys will be very friendly and twitch their antennae when they are ready to clean but i'd say give him\her\it a week or two to acclimate to the new surroundings and find a territory to keep.
Mine stays in a very small area but will zoom around to catch a piece of food every now and then ... hahah or you could think of it as no cleaning on the first date! let me get to know you first!
