best lighting scheme to bring out colors
what's the best lighting scheme to bring out the best, most vibrant colors on corals and such?
right now i'm planning on running 2 pc's on my 26gal tank -- 1 65w 10k, and 1 65w actinic. but i'm not opposed to making a custom hood to add a metal halide if it will give me the best possible colors. any suggestions? |

that should be fine, unless you want SPS, they would require MH's. LPS want need more than that. i have shrooms, BTA, alveopora, geonapora, closed brain, toadstool, and tons of coralline in a 25T and i have the same lighting. (orbit) REEF-ON!!!

i know the lighting is fine for soft corals, but is it the best setup for luminating all the critters?
